Billing Support

Dear member, in order to cancel your membership, you will need to know your subscription ID, email address used at sign up, username and current password. If you have this information, you can select from the correct billing company your membership was processed under:

  • if your subscription ID starts with a number 1, select RocketGate
  • if your subscription ID starts with a number 0, select CCBill

If you would like us to cancel your membership for you, or you are unsure what billing company you were billed through, then please send an email to with a request to cancel your membership and we will handle this process for you. Please include the email address used to sign up with, and your first and last name on record.
